You must hold and carry a valid driving licence and, where required, a valid International Driving Permit throughout your rental. Carry the scooter’s STNK registration document supplied by Moratti. Confirm your eligibility before booking. We do not accept passports or original identification documents as a security deposit.

We are based in Nusa Dua. The current delivery offer covers Bali Collection Nusa Dua, with delivery in 30 minutes or less. Confirm availability and timing with us. For other locations, ask the team about service availability and charges.

Silver costs Rp 100,000 per day, with a Rp 1,500,000 deposit and liability limit for covered damage. Gold costs Rp 170,000 per day, with a Rp 500,000 deposit and limit. Platinum costs Rp 200,000 per day, with no deposit and zero liability for eligible scooter damage. Exclusions apply to all plans. Compare the plans and exclusions.

These packages are scooter rentals. You choose your rental duration and ride independently. Ask the team for route suggestions and confirm where you may ride.

Tell the team about your riding experience and plans before booking. Ask about the vehicle controls, suitable routes and arrangements in poor weather. A briefing is included; three wheels do not remove the need for riding skills and care.

Refuel using PERTAMAX only. Return the scooter with the same fuel level and in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.

Late returns are charged at Rp 300,000 per extra hour for delays of up to five hours. For delays exceeding five hours, the daily rental rate in effect at the time applies instead of the hourly late fee. Return by the agreed date and time, and contact Moratti if your plans change.

First ensure your immediate safety. Photograph the scene and any damage, and contact Moratti immediately using the hotline in your rental agreement. Obtain a local police report where required for a protection claim.

Three wheels do not eliminate the risk of a fall or injury. Both the customer and passenger must wear properly fastened approved helmets. Choose your speed for the road, traffic and weather. Ride on the left, slow down before corners, and avoid loose sand, flooded roads and severe weather. You are responsible for traffic fines and penalties. Off-road riding is excluded from protection.
